Our 7 stage process includes:
1. Secure all demolition permits
2. Environmental and site setup/fencing off
3. Main demolition including soft and hard strip
4. Arising material processing
a. Concrete crushing
b. Steel cutting and stock piling
c. Masonry product cleaning sorting and stockpiling
d. Plastics collection and sorting
e. Wood collection and sorting
5. Recycling all arising materials
6. Grading, grubbing up and dressing the site
7. Project completion and demobilising
Our demolition director works with a team of 10 operatives who are all trained and experienced in the hard and soft strip process. Our team have also been trained in asbestos removal, IPAF, needle sweep surveys and xxxx. This team is supported with plant machinery and operators to assist in major scheme demolition using plant from mini diggers through to large scale tracked excavators.
Our demolition process supplies large quantity of material which can be recycled through our crushing plant.
